He is Mandarin-fluent, one of a small number of American trial attorneys with this combination of language capability and complex litigation experience. His prior experience spans two highly regarded litigation environments: Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossman LLP, a prominent shareholder rights firm in the United States, and the litigation and international arbitration departments at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
